Admission Conditions
Please read the following admission conditions carefully before enrolling at Success Center.
Code of Conduct
The academy reserves the right to dismiss any student who behaves inappropriately or violates ethical standards and public conduct.
Attendance Commitment
Students must adhere to lecture schedules and academy instructions. Absence of more than three sessions results in suspension, and continuation requires a fine of 15 JOD.
Financial Commitment
The payment receipt sent via email is considered a formal commitment by the student to pay all required fees.
No Refund Policy
Students are not entitled to request a refund of paid fees if they withdraw by personal choice. All outstanding balances must be settled before withdrawal.
Certificate Collection
Certificates are issued on dates determined by the academy after course completion. If not collected within two weeks, the certificate will be considered void.
Course Postponement
Students may postpone a course or diploma by paying a postponement fee of 10 JOD for language courses and 15 JOD for diplomas. Postponement ranges from one month up to twelve months.
Class Merging & Instructor Changes
The academy reserves the right to merge classes when applicable and change instructors at any level if necessary.
Repeating a Level
If a student fails an exam and repeats a level, a fee of 10 JOD will be charged.
Course Transfer
A fee of 10 JOD is applied if a student wishes to transfer from one course to another.
Course Interruption
If a student discontinues a course without official postponement, they are considered withdrawn. A fee of 25 JOD applies if they wish to resume the course.
Schedule Change
Students may change schedules only at the end of a level. Changes during an active level are not permitted.
Certificate Issuance Fee
The fee for issuing an academy certificate is 10 JOD.
